71bet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 71bet ("71bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 71bet website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, "the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and use a 71bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 71bet strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age (government-issued identification, national ID card, passport) at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You may hold only one account on 71bet. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have lost access to a previous account, contact Support before registering a new one.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

71bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 71bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 71bet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. 71bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure.

3.2 Withdrawals

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 71bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 30 minutes during operational hours (08:00–23:00 BST)
• Rocket and Upay: typically within 2 hours during operational hours
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank
• 71bet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification checks. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operational hours will be queued and processed on the next available working day.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

71bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms prevail.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

The following actions in connection with bonuses are strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts (bonus abuse across duplicate accounts).
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (bonus laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools in combination with bonus play.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 71bet are subject to the applicable sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the relevant rules before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

71bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started where live prices were displayed in error, bets placed using misquoted odds caused by system errors, or bets that 71bet reasonably believes were placed with knowledge of information not available to the general public (insider information). Bets voided under this clause will be refunded at stake only.

5.2 Responsible Betting

71bet supports responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and loss limits — alerts and automatic logouts triggered when thresholds are reached.
• Self-exclusion — temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 71bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one account on 71bet, whether individually or in coordination with other persons.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner, including the use of predictive algorithms to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the Platform's games or betting markets. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of known errors will be voided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 71bet Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 71bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

7.2 Prohibited Use of Platform Content

You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform. You may not use any 71bet trademark, logo, or branded content without prior written permission from 71bet. Unauthorised use of Platform content will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 71bet shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including password sharing or using the same password on multiple services.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by factors outside 71bet's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, data, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the Platform that were affected by a technical error or data feed failure, where 71bet takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 71bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 71bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

71bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time with or without prior notice if: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) 71bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; (d) a self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention has been applied; or (e) 71bet is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority. Upon closure for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited at 71bet's discretion. Upon voluntary closure requested by the player with no outstanding Terms violations, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable KYC checks.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

71bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the Platform.

71bet implements SSL encryption across all Platform pages to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. 71bet does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with payment partners (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those partners' own privacy policies.

11. Amendments to These Terms

71bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 71bet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Support.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your use of the Platform, you should contact 71bet Support in the first instance using the contact details on the Support page. 71bet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
